::Hakata Ramen Genkotsu is a chain restaurant. It has a stable taste, so I use it occasionally. Three groups of customers visited at 11:40 on weekdays. Since we entered the store, customers have been coming in one after another. Signboard menu I ordered the fried rice set of Genkotsu ramen (large size). I was surprised that the ramen was ready in less than 3 minutes. As expected, the noodles were hard. Although it is called Hakata ramen, it is a little different from the Hakata ramen you imagine. A fairly light soup made with pork bones that have no taste. on the cover of the menu, “My passion for soup is second to none.” As I said, I think it's pretty delicious for a chain restaurant. Adding grated garlic to this soup makes it delicious. And grilled pork. This is also soft and delicious. Unfortunately, the fried rice seemed a little bland. The bill was 1040 yen. I guess it's pretty cheap.

::We decided to have tasty ramen as our first meal in Osaka. We spotted a place near the apartment that we rented and found our way over there as soon as we got hungry. The menu had discount options for adding items to a ramen meal. We selected fried rice, rice with spicy tuna, and gyoza. The staff was fast as our food was ready within minutes. We all agreed that it was good ramen but not the best ramen.
