The Hotel is very central to almost anything you want to go to. Ichiran is a 5min walk around the corner, buy you take a chance and eat at Shin-Shin ramen. Wayyyyy better. The rooms were a little worn down, but very clean and the staff were very helpful. You have 2 choices for breakfast. 1) traditional Japanese breakfast. 2) western breakfast. I tried both throughout my whole stay. I did have lots of mentaiko and takana. The night life is all behind the building, but you don't a sound. There is a DonQ 2 blocks away, all 3 different convenience stores are a block away, and the big department stores are a 15 walk away. I visited during cherry blossoms season and there was a area right across the hotel.

The room was very small and outdated (paint peeled furnitures and dusted windows); tinted white wall and very dark color carpet. The bathroom was like s public bathroom but cleaner version. My husband and I had traveled two weeks in Japan and stayed in 5 different cities, small and big cities with this price ranges, before arriving your hotel. Your hotel was only hotel that no bottle of drinking water in the room. Not even offered at the reception desk when we checked in. Maybe, if we asked, it might be provided. However, it showed a lack of hospitality even though the hotel receptionists were very kind. We had a wonderful experience at the Excel hotel in Osaka and we expected your hotel could be equally pleasant, at least the price of your hotel was higher than the one in Osaka. Your hotel was very disappointing and i was relieved we stayed only one night.

I enjoyed my stay here as the location is really good. Be careful as they cannot park vans in their parking garage ( they don’t fit) It wasn’t a huge issue just an inconvenience the staff had us park at a lot a few blocks away so problem solved

Very close to Tenjin area and few steps to i-ran ramen old store, seating next to canal to have the best view. Though breakfast quality is not super, taste okay

Overall I was pleased with the stay. Good sized rooms - considering it is Japan. It is in a good location as well. Close to a lot of restaurants and subway as well. I would consider staying here again.
