  The other day, I went to pick up a product as a delivery person at a delivery store. This is a store that won't call you even if the product is ready. Please check every few minutes to see if the product is ready. That won't work, will it? ? Other customers will also have to wait. We have clearly informed the customer that the delay was due to the store's error and apologized, so it is up to the customer to decide what to do next. It doesn't matter because it's the store's reputation, but I don't want to go shopping at a store like this. This store is probably able to survive because many people have no choice but to shop there because the commercial facility next door has disappeared, but customer satisfaction is low. I guess we're able to get by because of our location. What kind of restaurant is okay with making customers wait? Don't you hate customer business?

  Today I visited for the first time because I really wanted to eat cold noodles. I had passed by it many times, but when I walked in, it seemed much larger than I expected. I think the interior is quite stylish and has a nice clean feel. There are quite a few items on the menu. We also have many original lunch sets. This time I had half cold noodles and just-sized gyoza. I am very grateful that there is one that is just the right size. As expected of the gyoza king. It's cheap, fast, and delicious. Best cost performance. I would like to try other menu items so I would like to go again.

All cold dishes were remade. I understand that you are busy. But when the food gets cold and doesn't arrive, The customer is in trouble. Please work more closely with your staff to improve the way they serve food.
