  Even though it's a post office, they can't respond and it's bad. Even if you want it sent to a new address, if you can't confirm your residence, they won't send it to you.

Previously, the delivery didn't come at the specified time, and the delivery was posted with an absentee note, but if you arrive early and are absent, they will come again at the specified time. Misdelivery of mail still occurs here and there.   Even if you call a toll phone number, they will only tell you what is already written on the web tracking. It always takes a long time for the mail to arrive here and be delivered to your door. Sometimes, even though I was at home, an absentee ticket was posted.
