Previously, the delivery didn't come at the specified time, and the delivery was posted with an absentee note, but if you arrive early and are absent, they will come again at the specified time. Misdelivery of mail still occurs here and there. Rating updated (stars 1→3) [Entered in 2018] I was sloppy with my work, such as using the wrong temperature range for Yu-Pack (chilled → room temperature), not receiving it at the specified time, and making mistakes. The customer service at the counter was also unpleasant. It's not that everyone's response is bad, but it's disappointing.
