  The service was absolutely amazing…what you would expect from a high end hotel. The chef at the teppanyaki restaurant provided my family a wonderful experience, and the food was amazing.

  Lovely place, but its no longer named the Westin Awaji Island Resort, it's called Grand Nikko Awaji. Have been coming here for many years. And the staff and level of service are what you should expect from the hotel brand. Enjoyed the morning buffet, the staff was very pleasant, smiling, and helpful.

  Totally disappointed with the service .😡😡😡😡we reserved double bed room for 4 couples but they provide us twin bed and also we checked with 7 month baby ,while checking front staff has seen the baby but they don’t setup baby bed in the room .I was worried whole night thinking if I got sleep my baby may gonna felldown from the bed so I didn’t sleep well.I am not satisfied with the hotel service n also hotel price doesn’t meets the service we payed for . overall views from hotel is beautiful.

  The staff at this place are so friendly, I think I made more friends in one night than I have in the past year! And let's talk about those facilities and views - they're absolutely top-notch. I'd pay double the price just for another chance to experience them again! And if you're looking to venture out, no problem - the highway buses to Kobe's city center are conveniently connected right here. With everything this place has to offer, you'll be wishing you could stay forever!

  Super excellent I came back again after few years The hotel is super nice The room is so big and have beautiful view. The breakfast and dinner is so good with many choices. The staff is excellent. They are all very friendly, helpful, polite and I would say 6 stars service. They tried to answer all questions and find out all ways for you. There are bus downstairs The environment is too excellent. Near the hotel is already lots to visit And so many restaurants you can choose too. Even they don't have hot spring but they have free shuttle bus to the hot spring and the recommended hot spring is so nice. I spend my birthday there and it is so great. I would definitely recommend
