  The rooms are spacious but outdated and in dire need of renovation. The location, however, is excellent—right next to a large shopping mall with plenty of restaurants and anime/gaming stores to explore. The service is consistent with what you'd expect from other Grand Hyatts. The lounge is decent, offering a good selection of breakfast, hot meals for dinner, and desserts, and it’s not too crowded. Overall, it's a nice hotel.

  Grand Hyatt Fukuoka was conveniently located, making my stay comfortable. Being connected to the mall and having easy access to the heart of Fukuoka city was excellent. The staff were friendly and always eager to help. The room was clean and very spacious, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. It really was a great hotel and I would love to stay there again. However, I felt that some parts of the hotel felt a bit outdated. It seemed like it could use some renovations, especially the swimming pool, which I think needs urgent attention.

  A very popular location, located in a very popular and convenient area. The club level rooms and amenities were very comfortable. I enjoyed my stay and the surrounding area. I would like to make a special mention to the club level restaurant. I have food allergies and they went out of their way not only to make me feel welcome, but also made sure I had food that was safe and hand delivered with assurance. El was absolutely amazing and I appreciated her attention to detail. This hotel is located in the Canal City area and it is convenient for shopping and transportation. Most of all I will remember this stay as heaven sent because the staff was so attentive to my allergies and my wellbeing during my stay.

  I had a fantastic stay at the Grand Hyatt Fukuoka. The location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was spacious, with a very comfortable bed that ensured a good night's sleep. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options, and the bar provided a relaxing atmosphere in the evenings. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Fukuoka!

  The rooms did not feel like a 5 star hotel but the rest of the facilities did. The main drawbacks for the room were outdated design and a bed that could have been more comfortable. The room was plenty spacious and everything in it worked well. The gym facilities are really nice and include multiple rooms. You have all the equipment there that you could possibly need for any type of workout. The location is pretty good. It was easy to walk all over Fukuoka or to access the train station.
