::Highly recommend! Good management and service, liked they had a cold plunge pool and typical hot springs, and excellent location. The free ramen, snacks and yakult are fun extra and make this a much better price to quality ratio than nearby mitsui gardens (avoid that hotel - read their recent 1-3 star reviews and see the common themes of bad service, small rooms and disorganized breakfast).

::Great location! Small but clean room! Wish there were more hooks in the bathrooms. Rather dated bathroom but sufficient! Like their onsen and its amenities. Nice touch with free ice creams for after baths in the evening as well as ramen supper if desired, and yoghurt drink for the mornings after bath. All these make this hotel ideal for short stays! Excellent location to good cafes, Hakata Canal City Mall, short walk to Hakata Hankyu with shops galore & near to the subway!

::We spent one night and had an enjoyable experience. The room was clean, spacious. And made extensive use of the hot spring, with brought in hotspring water, it was a pleasant relaxing and a refreshing experience.. We also enjoyed the unique offers provided at various times - the Udong Soup in the evening, later the ice cream and the yoghurt in the early morning. Helpful staff assisted us with our ongoing journey.

::The hotel is set to be the premium series of Dormy Inn but this one is the worst Dormy Inn I have ever lived in. I had fantastic experiences living in Dormy Inn Hotels in Kyoto and many other cities previously. All were clean, small but neat, and comfortable. However this time, the experience is very bad. My room is dirty, with dust everywhere and very weird layout. Will never come back.
