  Super close to the ski area, and staffs are friendly. They offer free transport from the Zaō Station (we had to ask the staff from Zaō Station to help us call the hotel). The only down side is, it is an old hotel and there is no hot water in our shower. Good thing is their is a public onsen.

  We went there for Skiing. We envoyed the excellent location (probably the best in Zao) and the great hotspring bath. They serve tratidionnal Japanese food which is quite good. The service is nice and they pick you / drop you for free at the bus station. Our family room was very spacious (much bigger than when we ski in the alps). However this is not a luxury hotel it is a bit old, and some things are broken. In our bedroom the shower was not working and the toilet were smelly.

  Visited here for a day trip. The open air bath was great. The water is 100% natural hot spring without circulation and chlorine. The water color is milky cloudy. Smell of sulfur and gunpowder. No sliminess, pH is 1.8. The facilities are clean. The staff was nice.

  Really beautiful place, staff is soooo friendly. Food, breakfast and dinner is amazing!
