::Kashiwa tempura and fried chicken are delicious! The udon noodles were extremely chewy and had a chewy texture that reminded me of cold noodles. Kashiwa tempura is lightly coated and crispy, and when you bite into it, steam comes out from the chicken. It was delicious with a little more salt. The fried rice was attached separately. The fish cakes are filled with soybean flavor and are soaked in a sweet soup. It goes well with rice too! It's udon, but you have to wait a while after ordering. It's different from Kagawa udon's extremely fast delivery, so it seems better to allow a little extra time.

::Even on weekday lunchtimes, you'll have to wait about 20 minutes. I rarely think of myself as being weird when I eat out, but to be honest, it wasn't very tasty. I was imagining a chewier udon, but the price is a bit high, so I don't think I'll come back again. The store itself was clean and the staff was attentive and helpful.

::One of the best Udon restaurant in the central Shizuoka area. Both noodle and soup are perfect and the skill to control noodle's toughness is remarkable. There are also variety of attractive izakaya and sake menu.
