  I submitted a notice of change of address, but there are too many mistakes. I complained to the person in charge, the customer center, and the reception here, but there was no improvement at all. I guess he's doing it on purpose. It seems that they choose to use Nekopos before they move, and send regular mail and flyers after they move.

  There's a parking lot. It's on the west side of the building. There are 5 spaces in total, 4 for general vehicles and 1 for people with disabilities. As of March 2023, the Yuyu counter is open until 7pm. However, without knowing this, I arrived around 18:55 and was using the writing table to write down the shipping address, but it was already past 19:00 and the counter was closed, so I was like, "What?! What?!" , the guy who came out to close the door told me, ``It's not until 7pm,'' and I said, ``I don't know... I need today's postmark!'' and he responded. ! Well, I don't think it's a good idea for a service industry to have someone taking out a square envelope on a filling table and filling it out, but then closing the counter without saying anything, but I was able to send it in without any problems, so it's okay. There are 3 ATMs that can be used on weekends and holidays.
