::I moved in in March and it's just the worst. Even though it's a nice town, I can't stand this post office. Even though I had submitted a change of address notification a month in advance, when the first mail arrived, it contained a residence confirmation slip. I was disappointed even though I had submitted my report. However, since I don't want to make any mistakes, I decided that this might be unavoidable. However, it took about 10 days from the time the confirmation slip was returned until the mail actually arrived. This would be too late. Since the most important piece of mail was a rent transfer slip, I was almost in arrears from the first month. Also, when I received a simple registered mail for another matter, even though I was late for the specified date and time, I didn't even apologize, just silently accepted it and left, as if trying to get my signature. I understand that you are busy, but when it comes to a double whammy, I can't take care of you enough. It seems that both the system and education are at the lowest level. If I could change the post office I'm in charge of, I'd want to change it now, and it's depressing to think that I'll be in charge of it for a long time. I would like to have the items delivered by courier whenever possible. Edit: I was hit again. It seems that the delivery from 19:00 to 21:00 arrived at 18:43. This time I have photographed the evidence (attached). I came home directly from work at 18:45 to 18:50, so I was already home by 19:00, but I couldn't receive it...

::Rude JP Bank employee (a teller lady) I visit the JP Bank of Wakaba Post Office today. I have a problem with my cash card. After the service was done, the bank teller (a lady) told me a short instruction related to my cash card in Japanese. She speak fast. Since my Japanese language is limited, I politely asked her to repeat the instruction. Surprisingly, the JP Bank teller lady scream to and being rude. In Chiba city, the service of other bank such as MUFG and even much smaller bank is much better than the JP Bank.
