The chashu is delicious. I guess it's worth the price. The friendly and energetic female clerk was working really hard. I was serving customers as smilingly as any other staff member, so I definitely don't want customers to be rude to me. The customer base seems to be older, with many in their 50s. I'm not from this area, but customers stare at me when I enter the store. Was it because of the region or just happened that the group had bad manners?

::For dinner today, I went to Fuji Ichiban Kanie branch. Speaking of “Fuji Ichiban”, it is mainly developed in Aichi Prefecture. A local ramen chain with a 40-year history. I used to go there often when I was a student in Aichi. I feel like I have never been there since I came to Mie. I decided to go there after a long time. I visited around 9:30 pm on a weekday. It's less than half the size, but there are a few customers here and there. The store has both tables and counters. We cater to a variety of customer groups. [Soy sauce ramen] There are many different flavors of ramen, It's been a while since I last visited, so I thought I'd go back to my roots. I ordered soy sauce ramen. The soup is quite light, Although it contains backfat, the richness is not so good. The pork bone in the soup stock doesn't make much of a statement, so I get the impression that it's a little unsatisfactory. It's good for people who like old-fashioned fresh water soy sauce ramen. The noodles are medium-thin and straight. Boiled to a slightly firm consistency, it has a satisfying texture. It also went down well in the throat. Ingredients are bean sprouts, green onions, chashu, and flavored eggs. Contains 2 pieces of the familiar thinly sliced roast pork. It's a little weak when used alone, but since there are two of them, I can forgive it. I really like the rich soup. The rich soy sauce tonkotsu that I ate when I was a student. I remember it being extremely delicious. However, there are many flavors that I haven't tried yet. I want to take my time and conquer it. Thank you for the meal.
