::I visited the store for the first time in 3 years. This is a famous restaurant that can be said to be the origin of rich seafood tsukemen in Aomori City. There aren't that many counters or tables inside the store, and the waiting seats inside can only seat 2 people (3 people in total), so there will be a line at lunchtime. There is a ticket system, so you have to buy a ticket at the store first and then get in line. After that, when you get to the front of the queue, the staff will ask for your meal ticket, so you will have to hand it over at that time. When you think of rich seafood, you probably think of Zakutama, but now they give you about a quarter of a case for free, and if you get more than that, you have to pay 50 yen in the form of a "refill onion" with a meal ticket. there is. Then, onions will be served on a separate plate. It was a shame, but it can't be helped because of the high prices. As for the taste, it was quite bland from what I had eaten in the past. I should have been able to feel more seafood flavor, but it was quite bland. The soup was lukewarm from the beginning, and I needed lentils as soon as I ate about two bites. Unfortunately, I ordered an even larger serving, so I had to reheat the cold items several times. I don't know if it's a coincidence this time, so I'd like to go next time and find out.

::I often go there to eat, but I'm not sure... It's hot inside the store, so I don't think it's possible to wear it in the summer, but short sleeves are enough even in April. Tsukemen is just delicious. You need to be prepared for the waiting time.

::I added a flavored egg topping during the tsukemen. The noodles are smooth and have just the right amount of chewy texture. Not only is the soup delicious, but I also like that it has a lot of ingredients. I can see this is popular. I refrained from using onions, which are provided for free, due to work commitments, but next time I will also add onions. Thank you for the meal.

::This is a store I've always wanted to visit. It looked like a tsukemen shop, but they also had ramen, which was delicious. I had the Tsukemen. I'll be repeating this lol My partner ordered the rich ramen, which was also delicious. I tried adding vinegar at the end because it tasted weird, but I felt it was delicious in a different way. Even though the tsukemen was average, it filled my stomach. But I thought I could eat more. It was that delicious. roasted pork fillet? The meat was also very delicious.

::A ramen shop in Sakuragawa. Personally, I think the tsukemen here is one of the best in Aomori City. The tsukemen noodles are said to be imported from Tokyo, and are certainly the perfect thickness and chewiness. The dipping sauce is also rich and mixes well with the noodles, making it very delicious. It's also good that when you order tsukemen, they bring you chopped onions. You can park several cars in the adjacent parking lot, but it seems a little small.
