::I went to the emergency room, was hospitalized, and went to the outpatient clinic, and the nurses were very kind to me. The doctor in charge listened to what I had to say, and I was able to undergo tests and treatments with peace of mind. thank you very much. However, the hospital food didn't have many side dishes for the rice, so ☆-1. Furikake was a must (^_^;)

::The facility feels quite old, and most of the patients are elderly. During my outpatient visits, I never felt dissatisfied, and the nurses were always very polite and gave me a good impression. The problem is after being hospitalized. I get the impression that there is a shortage of ward nurses. In any case, there is not enough communication between nurses. Even when he made a mistake, he didn't apologize and said arrogantly, ``It's fine if we do it this way.'' Even though I told her that the IV needle hurt, she wouldn't reinsert it. After the surgery, I said, ``I'll be back again,'' but I was worried because I didn't know when my next surgery would be. A questionnaire was given to them, but they were also interviewed twice. What do you dislike? When she asked me about it, I told her (about the nurse's response), but she looked at me like I was a complainer and didn't offer me an apology. Why are you conducting a direct survey? I was surprised that there were no chopsticks or tea in the hospital food. The quantity is also small. The bathroom is full of mold... My doctor was very thorough and gave me reassurance, which was a relief. Later, a member of my family was admitted to the hospital for surgery for another illness, but every time I changed shifts between day and night shifts, I was greeted by someone saying, ``I'll come back to take your temperature in XX minutes.'' When I told him about it, he said, ``It's normal everywhere.'' Of course, the meal comes with chopsticks and tea. The food was plentiful and there was also a free tea server. There were no rounds, just the attending doctor coming, but that was enough. Perhaps because there are very few public hospitals in Shiga, I feel that there is little recognition that medical care is a service industry.

::When you come back by appointment, the waiting time is relatively short. I think it takes the same amount of time as a hospital, so maybe that's why. There is a large parking lot and you can park it for free. Medicines are picked up at a dispensing pharmacy, so the location and time are flexible. All the nurses are kind and helpful, helping me with the reception and checking my insurance card while I drop off my wheelchair-bound parent at the entrance and go to park the car.

::I had a reservation for 10:30, but I was called before 12:00. The nurse said that the reason we had to wait for an hour and a half was because the doctor was giving explanations to each patient for a long time. I personally said that the teacher had a bad arrangement, but his extremely slow talk made me feel uncomfortable during the silent periods. I declined the test and went home because it seemed like it would take even more time. It was a painful time because I came in between work.

::Thank you for taking care of me while I was hospitalized for testing. I gave it 4 stars because the nurse who took care of me was very nice. The way he speaks is neither too polite nor too friendly, and he gets the point across firmly and strictly, which makes me very likable. Initially, I had requested a private room, but there was no space available so I was given a large room, but after that the service was handled by professionals who have experienced this situation. I had the colonoscopy done while awake, and the doctor could hear various conversations, so I was worried that I would be okay. Next time I will definitely ask for general anesthesia.
