  I visited around 13:30 on a weekday to open a new account. Unfortunately, the jurisdiction of this credit union seems to be divided based on address, and only the branch in charge can open an account. I understand that it's for crime prevention purposes, but when people respond with furrowed brows, it makes me want to give up on opening one. The work seemed to be gradual, and apart from filling out necessary information and completing procedures using tablets, there was plenty of time for staff to chat with each other. Once the opening procedures are complete, you will receive guidance (sales information) such as, ``Are you interested in iDeCo or NISA?'' ``Would you like to start?''
