  Great service, comfortable and clean room. Very well located hotel.

  Beds are far too hard to sleep on. Water pressure is good for showers. Service is friendly and everything is clean. Location is near ideal.

  Old hotel, well kept and maintained. Wish they upgrade their TV (lcd), Fridge (circa 90's not even cooling), AC unit (fan and heat), no safe in our room. Food a 5/10, Service good, location good. 👌

  Very thin walls. I was able to hear my neighbors talk, sneeze, shower and everything else. Even the non smoking rooms smell like somebody smoked there recently. Very, very, very hard mattress (or just a wooden board with a blanket). Staff is not very helpful. I left at midnight.

  Hotel Sunroute Plaza is a great location and has a very nice structure inside the hotel lobby. The room is exactly how you would see it in the pictures. I rated it a four star because of the firm bed and the amount of space that you have to maneuver around. We had quite a bit of luggage so that took up some space. So that was the main reason but other than that the staff is really nice and I loved the atmosphere of the room.
