  3rd stay in a Richemont hotel and this time round we stayed in Nagoya. Pleasant stay. Booked the smoking room wrongly on Agoda and requested to change to a non smoking room. Even though hotels were fully booked, Mr Tanaka san was helpful and managed to helped us change 1 of the rooms to a less smelly one on the first night and let us have another non smoking room on the 2nd night. He recommended us food options and speaks very good English. 👍 hope you have a chance to visit Singapore soon :) staff have good working attitude and keep it up ! Highly recommended.

  Update. Just came back here for work. Same helpful staff. Reasonable prices and quiet clean rooms. I noticed that this year I had a hair drier but did not need it. Richmond Hotels are pretty solid. This one is located a few blocks from Fushimi station and a few blocks from Nagoya station. Next door to the hotel is a number of cafes and Don Quixote. Can be quite useful. The hotel itself has all of the needed features. One item I noticed that was missing was a hair dryer. Otherwise, quiet, efficient, and trouble free.

  Richmond hotel is a decent hotel for your stay in Nagoya. It’s close to the station and the shopping centre where you can find lots of food. The buffet is good but the best thing there is the chicken. The room has space and the bathroom is good as well. At night you can hear the trains though and for some reason I heard a bunch of cracking noises from the walls or something which was weird so it was a bit hard for me to sleep.

  Standard run of mill business hotel. Clean rooms and polite staff. It’s 15 minutes from Nagoya station by foot and there’s a bus stop in front of the hotel.

  This hotel, i think, is located in the quiet, business side of the city but very near the malls. I think their service needs more customer service, especially when you bought a lot of luggage with you, there was no one to help us bring them to our room. Parking is located at the back of the hotel, with no parking in front of the hotel. The room was presentable and clean. For the price, it was ok. Staff were super friendly.
