::Beds are far too hard to sleep on. Water pressure is good for showers. Service is friendly and everything is clean. Location is near ideal.

::Old hotel, well kept and maintained. Wish they upgrade their TV (lcd), Fridge (circa 90's not even cooling), AC unit (fan and heat), no safe in our room. Food a 5/10, Service good, location good. 👌

::Very thin walls. I was able to hear my neighbors talk, sneeze, shower and everything else. Even the non smoking rooms smell like somebody smoked there recently. Very, very, very hard mattress (or just a wooden board with a blanket). Staff is not very helpful. I left at midnight.

::Hotel Sunroute Plaza is a great location and has a very nice structure inside the hotel lobby. The room is exactly how you would see it in the pictures. I rated it a four star because of the firm bed and the amount of space that you have to maneuver around. We had quite a bit of luggage so that took up some space. So that was the main reason but other than that the staff is really nice and I loved the atmosphere of the room.
