::The bed and pillows are comfortable, good sleep every night. Bathroom inside the room is large enough even have common bath at 18/F. Feel satisfied in overall staying experience.

::Very clean, very well appointed rooms. Just 10m walk from JR station Sapporo. Staff was friendly, if a bit distant. Breakfast was very good. Many options.

::Compared to others' budget hotels, it location not the best. The service of the front desk is great. The room sizes moderate, but the sofa and other furniture are getting old and dirty , especially the sofa pillow. The pillow clothes which have stints. It looks disgusting. The hotel housekeeping can do better and improve.

::Loved this as our home base! 10 min walk from Sapporo station, 12-15 min from all the great dining/shopping in the middle of the city, spacious and cozy rooms, comfortable beds, nice onsen…everything was great!
