  There are daily lunch specials, and the lunch menu changes depending on the day of the week, but the menu also changes, so it's a Chinese restaurant that you won't get tired of no matter when you go. I thought the store staff were also friendly and made me feel comfortable. The level is high. ■ Fried rice with crab sauce ■ Bizen daily lunch. I ordered the crab ankake because it looked really delicious. Today's fried rice was based on mustard greens fried rice. The bean paste has a meringue covered in crab, giving it a Chinese feel. It's so luxurious that I wonder if this price for lunch is worth it. Meringue is fluffy and goes well in soups. You probably don't make this bean paste at home, so it's worth coming to try it.

  I often use it for lunch When I visited for the first time, even though I was running out of time, I was greeted with a kind and wonderful smile, and I was left with a good impression. The cooking is done by one person, so when it's crowded, the food doesn't come out right away, but you don't feel like you have to wait too long. All of the food I've eaten so far has been delicious, but my personal favorite combination is the daily lunch (depending on the day of the week) + Mapo Tofu, which costs about 1,500 yen. If you only have the lunch menu, you can get enough change for 1000 yen.

  I had passed by the Chinese restaurant "Bizen" many times and had seen the signboard, but for some reason I had never had the chance to enter. It is located near Akita City Hall in Sanno, Akita City. I had a job right near the city hall, so I thought it was a new development and visited for the first time (*^^)v The lunch menu is displayed at the entrance. The menu is extensive, including daily specials, special set meals, and today's Chinese lunch. I ordered the "crab ankake fried rice" which was the biggest and most noticeable. The filling is not creamy, but fluffy like a meringue. This is the first time I've tasted the texture. The fried rice doesn't get watery, and you can enjoy the flavor of both the bean paste and the fried rice. The fried rice has a slightly bland and gentle taste, just as it looks. The small amount of hijiki adds a nice flavor. The seasoning is perfect for the meringue-like filling, and you could even call it a medicinal meal (^^♪ Salad, soup, and zha cai are served at this price and quality, making me want to come back at night. One more thing to enjoy at night in Sanno (#^.^#)

  I visited you on a Friday after 12:30. Although it looks small from the outside, it is quite deep. It was full because it was close to City Hall. I arrived at the right time and had to wait for about 10 minutes before being seated. It is better to take it off slightly before or after noon. I was hesitant about lunch, but ordered the mapo tofu set meal. The aroma of spices whets the appetite. The taste felt sweet at first, but as I continued to eat it, I started sweating from the spiciness. I was given a large portion of rice from the beginning, but I couldn't finish the food in one bowl and ended up having to refill it (sweat). It's nice to have free refills of rice. I had a bloated stomach from noon onwards, which made it difficult for me to work (lol) I went there at night. It's a good deal because there are three courses, so I ordered it and there was enough for two people. I intended to have a light drink, but ended up eating all the time. If you don't finish all the food, you can take it home with Tappa. Of course it tastes delicious! It's been a while since I last visited you for lunch. I ordered shrimp chili and it contained 6 large shrimp. It was a little spicy, but the shrimp was tender and delicious.
