::I've been addicted to mazesoba lately, and I'm offering mazesoba. After discovering new shops, I go to various ramen shops. This time's shop is a ramen shop located in the Amagatsuji area of Nara Prefecture. Take the Kintetsu Line to Yamato Saidaiji and transfer to the line bound for Kashihara Jingu for one stop. There are almost no shops around the station, so head towards the main street. The store was located about 15 minutes walk from the station. I walked in the heat, which was crazy at 2pm at this time of the day. By the time I arrived, I was drenched in sweat and almost collapsed. I guess there aren't many people in the Nara area who walk to the shops. Do you usually go by car? Well, it's a popular store so there's probably a line. I thought It was just before 2pm and just before LO, so I got in quickly. Still, it's so popular that the counter seats and table seats are full. First, buy a meal ticket from the ticket vending machine and then take your seat. Most of the customers seemed to be eating ramen. I would choose "mazesoba" without hesitation. Mazesoba with thick noodles has lots of chunks of chashu, It also includes boiled eggs and vegetables, making it very filling. There was no spiciness, and the flavor of the soup stock was strong. It feels like you're eating soup while drinking it. Although it looks like it packs a punch, I felt that it had a gentle taste that somehow permeated my body. I was glad that I had a rare taste that I could eat without feeling guilty. There was a lot of noodles, so by the time I finished, my stomach was full. Since the station was far away, it was a good way to burn off some exercise.

::Second visit This time I ordered soy sauce ramen. I took the opportunity to order the ``special'' with lots of flavored eggs and chashu. I think it was 1200 yen? It's much better than cold ramen. After all, the fat in the chashu melts just right, the meat is tender, and the flavor is strong, so it's best to eat it warm. The flavored eggs are not just ``just soft-boiled eggs'' that are common at other stores, but are well-infused with flavor and the yolks are as soft as possible. I was thinking how difficult it must be to peel the shells during preparation. The Kaedama has a little bit of what looks like soup base on it, so it's delicious even if you eat it as is. The noodles themselves are really delicious. However, the soup was definitely delicious, but it didn't have as much flavor as the description on the table said, and I couldn't feel the richness of the oysters, so it was just a normal delicious soy sauce ramen. The chee soup (chicken oil) that looks like it was made with a whole chicken was not floating, and it felt more like a chicken broth than a whole chicken. There was no porcini scent at all. 1st visit I visited this restaurant for the first time because it seemed to have a good reputation based on the reviews. I was looking forward to going because many of the negative reviews said it had a strong taste. It was extremely hot outside, so instead of the regular menu of salt and soy sauce, I had the limited edition ``Niboshi Chilled Ramen.'' I ordered. The wait time was about 15 minutes, including waiting in line, for the chilled ramen to arrive, but during that time it was freezing cold. . . I regretted ordering the chilled ramen because the air conditioner was so loud. As for the taste, it was too light and the aroma of the soup stock was only faint. The only toppings are 2 large pieces of pork belly and sakura shellfish. The soup is made with crunchy onions that have been rubbed with salt and then thoroughly exposed to running water. At the preparation stage, you taste the hot soup, so there may have been some aroma from the soup at that point, but the aroma will fade after it cools, so I recommend making a slightly stronger soup. Or, you can imagine that it would be delicious if you sprinkled ``fish powder'' or ``bonito flakes'' at the end. If the chashu is served in hot soup, the fat will melt slightly, making it soft and delicious. Anyway, I regret everything about the dried sardine chilled ramen. (By the way, 950 yen) Personally, I found it inconvenient not to be able to pay with a smartphone. I'm planning to visit again soon and try their signature salt or soy sauce! At that time, I will look forward to it so that I can increase my number of stars.

::I was in Nara for an event, so I thought I'd arrive before 11am, so I went! There is parking for 7 cars next to the store and 4 cars a little further ahead. I ordered special salt soba and chashu rice bowl! My companion ordered soy sauce soba and fried chicken! The simple chicken stock and salt go well together, and the noodles are also homemade! The noodles are chewy, thin, and go well with the soup. I was satisfied! I wanted to see it included in the Kansai 100 Famous Stores and it was so delicious! I would like to eat there again if I have a chance to come again.
