::The rooms are probably the biggest ones you've going to find in a hotel in Japan (I'm talking affordable hotel rooms). I chose one with a tatami room just for the experience itself and it was worth it. The bedroom (practically an apartment!) had two big beds, two sofa beds and plenty of space to hang out, have some tea or coffee, watch tv, study, work or whatever you need to do. There is also a small kitchen with a sink and a simple stove. The hotel is old but I have to congratulate the person who decorated it (I'm assuming the decoration they have right now is not the original one). Every choice of furniture and decorations was spot on and we fell in love with that!! The only reason I didn't give it a 5-star rating is because the staff, though polite, didn't deliver the kind of service I expect from a hospitality industry company. Different from the information I found when made the reservation, English is not spoken there and there was no effort whatsoever to communicate in "easy" Japanese or any other language.

::Rooms are just very big for japan hotel standard you can actually have a party in there. The price is suitable even the room is a bit dated.

::Great big rooms for great low price. Close enough that you can drive to see super cool dinosaurs at one of the best museums in Japan

::Conveniently located, and the rooms were very spacious, clean and comfortable. Highly recommended for those who are travelling to Fukui and want some place near to the station.

::Very high quality for the price. Large beds and amazing views from both rooms we booked one on the 5th and 6th floor. Large windows and a full bathroom with a separate room for the toilet. A very large wall mounted tv and a 5 minute walk from Fukui station. The man at the front desk was extremely helpful.
