  No proper communication with customers ..very bad customer care.poor customer service ..money minded .we have stayed many places so far not like this any where such ….

  Recommendation for overseas tourists. Definitely worth spending a couple of days turning on the bbq and chill with the family.

  Very cheap，neat place. The stuff there is very friendly. Though his english is very poor，still tried very hard to solve our problem. Like the place and the people there very much. Looking forward to visit there again.

  Great spot to chill out for expats! Fantastic location with hot springs close by (a 10-minute walk), but no convenience store in the vicinity. I suggest to pay extra for cottages near the river. Rooms aren't wide, but what the heck... you aren't there to sleep! BBQing is a must. The closest supermarket is Ōmachi's Seiyu & it has a wide selection of meats. Enjoy!
