::For adults. Sophisticated. I was surprised and moved by the small flower arrangement of azalea and camellia that conveyed a feeling of welcome. The Hokuriku-style shrimp appetizer is very delicious. The crispy texture of the whole shell is fried and fragrant, making it a dish that everyone will love. I'm glad that such a wonderful appetizer comes with a pasta lunch of 2,200 yen (tax included). The pasta is handmade, and you can choose from three types depending on your preference. I chose octopus, but seasonal bamboo shoots are also an option, so it's nice to incorporate a sense of the season. A wonderful store to visit on a special day.

::We had a special course lunch❗️ The inside of the restaurant is bright and there aren't many seats, but the simple and clean interior makes you feel at ease. Since it was the holidays, customers with reservations came one after another, and the restaurant was full in no time. All the dishes that made use of the flavors of sea and mountain ingredients were delicious and the portions were just right.The dishes that used sea ingredients were especially amazing❗️ The timing of the food being served was just right, and the staff was very responsive, so I had a fun time eating. I would like to visit again, thank you for the meal❗️

::The building is reminiscent of an art museum, and will get you excited before you even enter the store. I ordered the lunch B course. You can choose from pasta and main dishes made with local ingredients, so you can cater to a wide range of tastes.

::I went to Caldo for the first time in a while. For pasta, choose octopus. It's soft, has a good texture, and is full of happiness. Of course, the handmade pasta is chewy and consistently delicious. The cute bread tastes like cherry blossoms. I feel spring. After a while, a stylish couple with a child in a shiny uniform came to the store. We had lunch at a nice restaurant on the way back from the entrance ceremony...Congratulations. (Even though I don't know anyone💦)

::After searching around on the internet, I found that there was a stylish ristorante like this in Fukui as well. It wasn't new, but it was a stylish restaurant and the food was delicious. I would definitely like to use it again when I come to this area.
