::The best mentaiko baguette! I tried it when I was in Osaka last year and absolutely loved it and had to have it again since I am in Osaka again this year. It is so flavourful. Service is great too.

::🙌🥐🙌The best croissants in the ENTIRE WORLD!🙌🥐🙌 I’m a self proclaimed croissant addict. I made a rule when I visited France recently that when I found a croissant, I’d buy one at each place I went. As a Canadian I’m spoiled with the French pastries in Québec but I’ve yet to find a croissant that comes even close to THESE croissants. First off I want to mention that if you can’t read Japanese, you’ll need to bring a Google translate camera feature (or similar) to decipher what each of the baked goods are. It’d be really hard to know what each item is otherwise. For instance, I love a cheesy croissant and would’ve been fooled by the almond cream filled one had I not had the translate.

::I think this is my new favorite bread in all of Japan…a mini baguette-like cranberry stick filled with dark chocolate(70%) with hazelnuts - heavenly! If I had known how good it was I would’ve bought at least 5! You won’t regret it if you like the combination of dark chocolate, nuts, and cranberry. The bread itself was delicious too. Was very reasonably priced as well.

::Great pit stop en route to Osaka castle. Just a short distance walk away so good to stop by before or after your visit to Osaka castle. They have a great selection of pastries so take your pick! All looked yummy but we tried, and love the croissants!

::One of my favorite Cafe in Osaka. Location wise it’s perfectly placed very close to “Osaka Castle”, which makes it the perfect place for breakfast or lunch. They make amazing pastry and sandwiches (check my photos below). The coffee is also excellent - I only tried the cappuccino. Staff is super friendly and nice. They also speak decent English, so it’s easy to order and get around.
