  Althogh the hotel rating is high, and was highly recommended by a friend who visit here twice already. Overall, compared to other Best Westerns, this hotel's service was far below standard. Improved staff training is essential to avoid ruining future guests' experiences. After experieced, the breakfast was pretty good, you can have the breakaft with sea view. However.... 1.The Chinese staff at front desk service was disappointing, who was rude and unaccommodating. After being placed in a low-floor room with an obstructed sea view, we requested a higher floor. Despite being told it would be noted and confirmed the next day, we received no follow-up. Our room was left uncleaned, and the staff falsely claimed they couldn't reach us. Instead of resolving the issue, they blamed us for not checking back and repeatedly interrupted during the conversation. No apology or courtesy was shown, even at checkout! 2.The hotel had cleanliness and maintenance issues—dirty elevators, damp hallways, and a musty room. 3.Security was lax, with unrestricted access from a convenience store downstairs.

  The hotel has an old wing (1980s) and a new one, very modern. The new one is great, the old one... not so much. We didn't know when we booked, but we were put in the old wing and had to upgrade (minimal increase) to be moved to the new one. This is my main warning, as it does make a big difference. All the rest was good: breakfast, location in front of the Ocean... but a very small town, with not much to do. Rent a car if you plan on staying there, so you can change beach every day and try new things

  The hotel is located right on a beach so the view from the room is an ocean on an endless horizon. The staff can speak our language (Chinese and English) but they are unlike most Japanese frontdesk staff, as they are brief, curt and expression-less. The hotel has only one lift serving 11 floors, each floor has around 10 rooms. So the wait for lift can be tedious. Also, the floor is not level at places with tiny steps and corners, so pulling a luggage to the room or to the lobby is rather inconvenient. The corridors on room floor are open and exposed to the elements. So expect to get wet on rainy days.

  We were 3 adults in a loft room on the top floor - it was super comfortable and loved the bathtub in the bathroom too. Great view of the stunning beach with sunset, with clean and clear waters that make for a spectacular swim.

  Nice Mellow Hotel On The Beach. Beautiful Water Right On Your Door Step. Bring Swimming Shoes Like Natives or Crocs As The Beach Has Tons Of Shells Walking Into The Water Which Is Incredible. Def Rent A Car When Coming To Okinawa So You Can Do Day Trips As Its A Mellow Area With Little To Do
