::If you’re traveling with kids this hotel is basically a destination spot for your family, pools, water slides, zip lines, fireworks, playlands, VR, video games, indoor and outdoor saltwater ponds. Happy hour for the adults and private onsen was also a nice touch. Probably the best Sheraton I’ve stayed in so far. Worth every penny.

::Really nice hotel though located in a bit less maintained part of the island (long walks resulted in visiting abandoned farms, trucks and cars) with less attractive restaurants and area to visit. It takes around an hour from the airport and another airport form the aquarium (if you want to visit it). The rooms are ok although they’ve seen their best times many years ago. The lobby is amazing, zip line is cool, beach is great and well organized, sunsets are amazing. The only weak point is the hotel staff - especially in the restaurant Senses. As I paid for the breakfasts already with my room, I got (as a Titanium benefit) free lunches. Oh my… that was a pain - every day the restaurant staff was arguing with us that we have to pay, twice I had to bring someone from the check in area to help. They even called me in my room and shouted on me to immediately come and pay (which was rude). In the end, every time we managed to clarify (twice with check in area staff’s help), but frankly that was a nightmarish experience… especially two ladies at the restaurant really struggled to communicate in English.

::I visited the Sheraton hotel for 4 Total days and here is my review First the rooms The rooms are very nice it comes with a balcony a bath tub in some rooms even a second floor overall the rooms look great it looks great Service is quick here too the room cleaning is done in a second and everything is clean the hotel staffs are always there Ans the location is the best there is a convince store nearby with a big beach and the resort comes with fabulous amounts of outdoor activities. This place is just unimaginably good I RECOMMEND TO VISIT AGAIN 5 Star

::We came here for the zipline but were unable to do it and had a terrible experience. The service here is also very poor. For details, see my previous review. I initially thought this hotel was too expensive, so we didn’t stay here. After seeing the beach, I’m glad we didn’t. The beach area is very small, the sand is rough and uncomfortable to walk on, and it’s not clean. The ocean view is completely obstructed… see the photos for specifics. Absolutely, absolutely not worth 90,000 yen per night.

::Excellent stay for our honeymoon in Okinawa! We stayed 7 nights and are so happy we chose the Sunmarina Resort. Hubby loved the Japanese baths - used many times! The fitness centre, pools. The main lobby felt very grand and particularly enjoyed the variety of fish in the ponds on the property and could see they were being well taken care of and fed. Service was excellent and appreciated the turn down service each day to come back to a made bed and fresh towels. The location is central to Okinawa (but not much really close by walking distance) would recommend making sure to have a rental vehicle so you can do day trips and get around as needed.
