::We stayed at this onsen hotel for 1 night with dinner and breakfast included. The room and onsen bathroom were clean, tidy and comfortable. Food was simple but still very tasty. Although the staff didn’t speak English, they were very friendly and helpful. They tried their best to communicate with us. We even used Google Translate to talk to each other. It was good value for money.

::This is one of the best hotels I've visited. You can see that the hotel has been standing for a few years. However, the charm beats everything. You can't really rate it in numbers and stars. The people who keep the business going are really incredibly friendly and warm. I have never seen it before. The whole region is really under value. Kyoto and Tokyo are pretty cool, but I think you will have the best time in this region. You have to be prepared that there is no other foreign tourist.

::This was my first time experience to stay at onsen ryokan. The staffs were very friendly, the room was so clean and cozy and the food was delicious. The onsen was clean.

::Traditional Ryokan. Nice Friendly staff but unfortunately they do not understand english and you will need to use a google translate if you need to converse with them. All the rooms does not comes with a attach bathroom. You will have to shower in the onsen bathing area if you want to take a bath. Sadly the room tap doesnt have hot water. Therefore you will need to use the bath room at the onsen area to wash up and brush teeth during the winter season. Breakfast were ok. The price of the onsen is relatively affordable as compared to other ryokans.
