  I made an appointment and came to the store to open a new account. Even though I had made a reservation and should have known my name, several of the staff members at the counter confirmed my name and then read out my last name and burst out laughing, which was extremely unpleasant. I don't know if it's because it's a foreign surname, but what was so interesting about it? I felt like my name was being made fun of and I felt the worst from beginning to end. After reading the reviews, I understood the low ratings.

  The response was so bad that I didn't want to give even one star. I went for a simple procedure, but four employees were busy with manuals in hand. Call somewhere and ask for instructions. After a lot of waiting, the procedure could not be completed... I was disappointed that I couldn't even do my daily tasks. There is no education at all.

  I went to make a debit passbook for my child's lessons. The person at the counter who didn't know how to do it was in charge of the process, and the person at the counter next to him was constantly teaching him how to do it. I was able to get a passbook in about an hour. Even though I submitted my driver's license as a confirmation document when I finally received it. Because I didn't check I was asked to take it out once. Surprised Does the confirmation document have any meaning? Since it became possible, I have opened a window account.
