When I asked the owner, he told me that they use 70 types of vegetables in this dish. I was surprised to learn that so many vegetables are used in cooking and that they also contain protein. The owner couple and the vegetables are amazing! ️

The atmosphere is quiet and calm, It was a very stimulating experience in that sense, as I felt that they were making proposals for lifestyles, from the cuisine to the rooms and space.

::Almost all the ingredients are organic and the vegetables are delicious. This is probably the only vegan inn in Hokkaido. There are mountains and fields in front of me, and the stars are beautiful at night. I don't think it's suitable for people who don't find value in things like this (those who want luxury and top-notch service).

Delicious vegetables from Hokkaido were prepared by a professional vegetable sommelier chef, and we enjoyed the deliciousness of the vegetables.
