  My first bio hotel in my life. It was also my first time trying organic and vegan food. I was a little worried after making the reservation. Can you really be satisfied with cooking without meat or fish? . However, there is no problem with this kind of anxiety! ️I realized how delicious vegetables can be😳It also makes a great main dish. When I asked the owner, he told me that they use 70 types of vegetables in this dish. I was surprised to learn that so many vegetables are used in cooking and that they also contain protein. The owner couple and the vegetables are amazing! ️

  It is located far away from the city of Furano. Dinner and breakfast are vegan dishes, but I am very satisfied with the dishes that bring out the deliciousness of the carefully selected vegetables. Please try it and see. You can see the majestic Mt. Daisetsu from the garden.

  I used it for my anniversary. We had a wonderful time thanks to the heartfelt hospitality and food of the owner and his wife. It was my first time trying authentic vegan cuisine, so I was a little apprehensive, but I was impressed by the deliciousness of the vegetables and the ingenious seasoning. The atmosphere is quiet and calm, It was a very stimulating experience in that sense, as I felt that they were making proposals for lifestyles, from the cuisine to the rooms and space.

  Almost all the ingredients are organic and the vegetables are delicious. This is probably the only vegan inn in Hokkaido. There are mountains and fields in front of me, and the stars are beautiful at night. I don't think it's suitable for people who don't find value in things like this (those who want luxury and top-notch service).

  It was an almost perfect inn in all aspects: the delicious food, the tasteful interior and amenities, and the hospitality of the owner and his wife. Delicious vegetables from Hokkaido were prepared by a professional vegetable sommelier chef, and we enjoyed the deliciousness of the vegetables. Coincidentally, my wife and I live in the same hometown, and I have fond memories of chatting with him. I definitely want to repeat it again.
