There are only 2 slices of char siu, but it's very melty and delicious, and I think it would be nice to have char siu as a topping. It was Jiro-style ramen that was delicious and easy to eat. There is only a counter, but there is a glass partition separating the seat next to you from the kitchen. This is a restaurant where you can face the ramen once it is served. 450g of leftover food is prohibited. There was a sign saying that photos of anything other than ramen were prohibited, so this is a photo of only ramen.

  The only Jiro-style ramen among the numerous ramen shops in Kandaima I paid for the basic 800 yen ramen. Personally, the taste is so striking that I don't need to increase the amount of garlic. The taste is superb. The downside is that the inside of the store is narrow and the line is on the road, so it can be a bit dangerous.

As mentioned in other reviews, the soup was Jiro style but had a very mild flavor. The noodles were also fluffy and delicious. However, I was disappointed that the vegetables were only a little better that day. (The noodles in the photo are 500g) You can increase the amount of noodles in 50g increments up to 600g, but be sure not to leave anything behind. I think I want to go again.
