  I had the Yamagata Aruma black soy sauce ramen. It was shocking! ! Contrary to its appearance, this soup is not salty and has a strong umami flavor. Once you slurp up the noodles, you won't be able to stop using your chopsticks until the end. The oil film on the surface of the soup keeps it piping hot till the end, so if you have a cat tongue or have sensitive lips like me, you need to be careful when eating. I wish there was a store like this in my neighborhood... I'm really jealous of everyone in Yamagata!

  Yamagata Aruma Crystal Soy Sauce ¥950 (PayPay accepted) Medium-thick curly noodles, translucent soy sauce soup, white onion, menma, chashu, half-boiled egg, green seaweed. The translucent soy sauce soup is so flavorful that you might mistake it for salt ramen. However, since the bowl is deep (grilled), you have to stir it up and down each time you drink the soup to enjoy the flavor.

  It's delicious here. I also ate gyoza and it was delicious. There are other types to choose from, but this was the restaurant I wanted to visit until I completed the menu. I'm sorry that there is no parking lot. Please note that this will be more expensive.
