  Was traveling around (7 different hotel stay) and this was the only horrible hotel experience. Location was great. Hotel staff did not feel friendly nor welcoming (trying to act professional yet not professional). Room feels dated. Won't consider staying there again.

  Standard hotel in a good location and parking (1,000 yen per day). Service is good but otherwise it's just your typical Japanese midrange business hotel.

  Location can't be beat, room has nice amenities and great air conditioning, mattress is a bit thin, but not a big deal. Overall I recommend staying here!

  Very close to AEON mall and Okayama Train Station. Good service. Rooms are as small as most JP hotels. Location: 5 Stars Others: 3.5 Stars

  Blush pink, white marble and gold trim elegance are the colours for the ark hotels mainlobby. Extensive sitting areas and friendly staff. We stayed in a business room which is about half the size of a standard American hotel room and about half the price. room met our needs for a 1 night stopover, good wifi, and the ability to turn off the lights while under the covers.
