::Beautiful and exquisite view from the hotel room. The hotel is very close to the metro station (about 5 minutes walk). The staff are very friendly and helpful. I loved the closness of the hotel to the Nakajima park, which is located just next to the hotel. Family Mart and 7 Eleven convenient stores are close by. AEON Mall is also a 5-minute walk from the hotel. Highly recommended.

::Located centrally in the city of Sapporo, room are clean and tidy. However beware not to lost the room physical key as it cost 15000¥ to replace, also beware to always get your key when out the door, because even the door is unlocked but once you're out with door close, you need the key to unlocked.

::The hotel has a great location near the park and subway station. The service is good(however it would be better to improve the staff's English speaking skills). The biggest problem is the room we had. What was good: the room has a small fridge, coffee machine, coffee pods, bottles of water. It was quiet. But it's not comfortable inside(maybe the comment is relevant during winter time only). It's overheated and too warm, we couldn't control the temperature. In our case we had to cover hot air flow holes with cloths to decrease a temperature just a bit. We couldn't open the room window to get cool and fresh air from outside. The mattress and pillows were really hard and we didn't have a choice, our back and neck were in pain a bit every morning.
