::I visited the store in November. This is a sweets shop with a very cute atmosphere. This time I purchased a custom-made decorated birthday cake. Gerbera motif decoration cake, 15cm, fruit sponge cake, 5,000 yen. Up to 5 candles were free. There were a lot of different fruits, the sweetness was modest, and the sponge was fluffy and delicious.

::I wanted to eat shaved ice while I was at work. The appearance is nice. Residential area? Even though it's in the middle of the day, it's relaxing. I was confused between Melon and Benihoppe, but since I like figurines, I chose this one. There wasn't too much pistachio, but it didn't taste too green and was delicious. In fact, the cake looked delicious! I can't eat it now, but I'll get revenge next time.

::Each cake is made with great care. You can enjoy it any time of the year by incorporating seasonal produce and fruits. Recently, I feel like the texture of the cream has increased. The Mont Blanc whole cake I ordered for a family member's birthday was exquisite! In summer, we also recommend the shaved ice topped with plenty of fruit purée (*^^*). Added on 2021/12/26. I ordered a pistachio Christmas cake and a cheese soufflé birthday cake. The first one was definitely the pistachio flavor, but it was double layered with the strawberry mousse, which went really well with it and was very delicious! The second one is castella on the bottom and cheese soufflé on top with less sweetness for a well-balanced and not too bitter finish ^_^ What is the store's rating? I would like to give it 5 stars, but my kids say it gets better every year, so I gave it 4 (*^^*)

::One Sunday afternoon. This is a sweets shop that always caught my eye as I passed by. Ordered cream puffs and coffee at eat-in. The cookie puffs are crispy, with a slightly firm custard inside. It doesn't drip from the choux, it's not too sweet, it's just right. If it still feels too sweet, take a break with a light coffee. It was a very pleasant time. There are two seats for two people, one seat for four people, and one seat for two people and one seat for four people on the terrace. There were about 15 types of Western sweets (mainly cream-based) and about 30 types of baked sweets. The cakes are small and perfect for a short break. I'll be passing through here for a while, so I'll come back again.

::Great bakery in Shijimizuka, Hamamatsu with it's own personal flair and a great variety of delicious sweets. Staff are friendly and helpful and the ambience is relaxing and bright. It is conveniently located near a soba/udon restaurant, so it's a perfect place to drop in and get a little something for your sweet tooth after a tasty bowl of noodles.
