It's stuck in the Showa era. Reservations can be made by phone. Room without meals: 4,500 yen. I guess it's OK if you're willing to stay the night. From a security standpoint, it can be considered male-only.

  I stayed there for several nights, but the room wasn't dirty and the food was all salty.I think the old lady here has a strange taste. You'll get high blood pressure.The bath is slippery.

  It is available at a very reasonable price. Although the building is not new, the bathroom was well maintained. It is within walking distance to the racetrack.
