::I would like to compliment Mr Y. Niwa for his excellent customer service. We are supposed to receive a parcel, but it was delayed due to public holiday. He helped us call the courier company and freight storage company, arrange for us to pick up our package at the freight storage company. I would really like to thank Mr Y Niwa for going all out to help us.

::On August 30, 2024, my wife and I checked in here at night. Parking was available in nearby public car parks. The hotel’s rate was 600 yen. We liked the Hotel’s welcoming drinks and breakfast. We were told we had to pay extra for parking after noon. But the parking operation was more user-friendly.

::If you're driving, directly proceed to the parking lift where the attendant would have your reservation information on hand. They will charge you JPY600 for multiple entry. Lobby is at the 2nd floor. Use the self-service machine for checkout.

::Quite a decent local hotel chain conveniently located right across the street from the JR Obihiro train station. They had a nice but small breakfast buffet spread. Parking spots are quite limited and your car is taking upstairs on a lift.

::I stayed overnight here because I came to this city to attend the Obihiro festival. It’s very conveniently located next to the train and bus stations, and it was also where the festival was located. We were also able to walk about 5-10 mins to the the bars and restaurants. Right next to the hotel is a bus stop which we used twice so in terms of location, this place is 5/5! The service was professional, polite and at the lobby, there were nice gifts which they gave to the guests, such as face towels, facial masks, razors, bubble bath soaps, facial cleanser, moisturizers, all individually wrapped! When we stepped into the room however we were met with this musky smell and there was a humidifier in the room which made me suspect there might have been a problem but ours was the very last non smoking room so we couldn’t request a change. The room size was pleasant and the bathroom was bigger than usual. We stayed the night and it was very quiet despite it being located next to the train station. The breakfast was AMAZING - totally worth the extra funds. It’s buffet style and they had Japanese and western style breakfast. I would say that the breakfast is the main attraction of our stay. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!
