::Regret to book this hotel as got tricked by seeing good reviews, the room was super dusty and I have to do my own area cleaning. Also, they don't provide free water which is rare for hotels in Japan, especially a 4 star hotel. They charge 350yen for a small bottle of water. Really disappointed, will never book a hotel with IHG ever again

::Excellent location nearby Hakata station and many delicious restaurants. Room is very small and hotel hasn’t been remodeled for a long time. They have kept it well and clean though. If you are a claustrophobic then this is definitely not a place for you. Except room being super small, everything else are good, including friendly staff and good breakfast. Many local food at breakfast. Must try.

::Rooms are a little small but expected in Japan, the breakfast is top notch. Location is great its a 2 min walk to main train station. Lots of amazing restaurants around as well

::Good location, short walk from Hakata station. Room is quite small but clean and have almost everthing you need. Lounge is pretty good, not too many variety but good quality. Attentive staff.

::-Stayed for a week -Good location. Short walk to Hakata station. -There’s a 7-11 round the corner. -Staff were very helpful. Offered to carry our luggage and asked if we have booked a taxi to the airport. -As the air conditioner setting has heater option only during winter, the hotel staff was kind to offer the option to open our room window so that outside cold air will flow in but we have to sign a consent form in case of accident. -Room size was alright but the toilet and bathroom were separated. Toilet was near the entrance while the bathroom was near to the living room. -Amenities were good -It was a nice surprise to receive a box of treats when we checked in as we have indicated our stay for birthday
