  As mentioned in other reviews, the building itself is old, so there are some steps and it feels old, but it seems to be well-maintained and well-cleaned, so I don't feel uncomfortable. The staff's response was also good. The best selling point is the breakfast! There were many Akita specialties, and I was very satisfied with the simple flavors (some of them had strong flavors). The location is far from Akita Station, but this time I was there to see the Kanto Festival, so it was nice to be close to the festival.

  It's hard to find the place because it closely look with other tower. There's also duplicate location on the google maps that falsely trick people to other place (I already report it). It's quite old hotel, the room is small, but the equipment for shoes (shoe polish and shoe brush) looks good. The tv is also small, but the bathroom is quite good. They provide shampoo, conditioner and soap. The bed is okay and big enough for 2 people. In certain hour, the main entrance is closed and required side door as the entrance of this hotel. This place is far from station (1.5km) but very close with many bar. The staff is very welcome
