::The hotel is very near to Akita Station. It's clean and our room have a nice view. Welcome drinks are provided and breakfast was simple but nice. I specially like the fresh juice and the kiritanpo soup. We were there early and they let us leave out luggage at the hotel until check in time.

::Great location, just 4 mins walk from Akita station. Room price was little high could be because of location and season. Recommend for a couple or family with 1 child. Staff was good, we can keep our luggage before and after checkin like other hotels. Breakfast included. TV , refrigerator included.

::Very little to complain about. Wide bed, not too firm, lots of power outlets around the room, and the bathtub was among the largest we've enjoyed at a business hotel. The location is also fantastic, five minutes from the train station and bus terminal, with a big convenience store in the same block. The WiFi was strong enough to stream video and run PlayStation Remote Play simultaneously. I do, however, have to take away a full star for being stuck with a pair of flat, extremely sad almost-pillows that were somehow worse than the 1000-yen "I don't want to pay for a good pillow" pillows they sell at Nitori.

::Good: Was impressed with the breakfast offerings by the hotel. They had American cereal, something I've been longing for in Japan. The customer service was excellent and clean by hotel standards. The staff were attentive and kind. The rooms were clean and spacious for the value and good WiFi. Bad: Not sure why the staff insists on residence card for foreigners when a valid driver's license CAN BE provided AND acting surprised that my partner and I are living together...that was uncalled behavior from the staff at check in time.... Parking isn't free so disappointed that APA offers free parking for it's guest but this hotel didn't for the sw value as APA. Otherwise good location and good view.

::Location is good, close to the train station and there is Lawson very nearby. Bathroom is small but you get what you pay for. The breakfast tho, they served still frozen pineapple and frozen herb chicken. Not cool. Pastries are okay ish.
