  Room was nice and clean, the bathroom was rather small. But the outdoor baths here are excellent! So definitely recommend if that is your thing. The men's and women's swap each night so make sure you have that morning bath to try the other one.

  We had a great lakeside view. The rooms are large enough & clean. The only amenities were soap & toothbrushes. I could have used a disposable razor. Onsen was fine. The decor does seem dated but perhaps they want rustic or nostalgic feel. The all you could eat & drink dinner & breakfast that was included was tasty. Staff was super friendly!

  The hotel is quite far from Morioka, but there is a shuttle that runs three times a day (see website, but approximately 10am, 1pm and 4pm). The baths are great, and the rooms are clean.

  Many types of hot spring. Serving is nice. However, it's quite weird that their smoking area is not a private room, but a open-standing smoking area with a vacuum machine beside? The smell of smoking is not well-barricaded from the others. Also, the WIFI signal of my room is quite weak. Maybe it's a little bit faraway from the hotspot. Without these, everything is okay.

  The water is quite hot but the baths are nice. Once outdoor bath is deep enough to stand in. I just did a drop in visit. Not sure it's worth a special trip, but if you live in the area it's worth checking out.
