As a fellow medical worker, I have many things to think about, so I don't write reviews of hospitals, but the receptionist's response was so terrible that I had to write one. I had a job that made it impossible for me to take time off on the day of my next appointment, so when I called to change the date, I was asked, ``Well, is it today?'' If you wish to change the date after today, please call 〇〇 department directly between 3:00 pm and 5:00 pm. '' and hung up on me before I could reply. I think it's good manners for the person who made the call to hang up first. I understand that you're busy and don't want to waste your time on the phone, but I think it's good manners to at least wait for a response before hanging up. I had a feeling that he must have been doing this all the time. When I called back, I said, ``Oh. We are already fully booked for that day. I'll have to wait a while, but I hope it's okay. "They said. Even if the reservation is full, if you are still able to accept the reservation, please see the following message: ``The reservation slot has already been filled, so we will accept the reservation after the last one.'' ``This is the last reservation slot, so please wait. There are other polite ways to say things like, ``I'm sure you will, but I'll accept your request.'' Since you can't see the other person's face on the phone, it seemed like they were talking to you from above. When I went to the reception on the day, I was asked, ``Well, what did you say on the phone?'' ” You don't have to smile, but you don't have a soft impression, and the expression and tone of voice are clearly intimidating. Both in the hospital and outpatient department, the doctors and nurses are very nice and take care of me despite their busy schedules, but the attitude of the receptionist, who can be considered the point of contact at the hospital, is very intimidating. (I don't think all receptionists feel the same way, but I've thought about it several times since I started going to the hospital four years ago.) There was no smile, no kindness, and the explanations were very business-like. I don't think hospitals are in the restaurant business or general service industry, so they don't have to treat them like customers, but I would like them to at least have the hospitality of being a point of contact for people who are having trouble at the hospital. . Even if someone is very polite and kind, I think the words and actions of one person will give everyone at the reception a bad impression.

I strongly recommend these hospital the doctors and nurses are very good most especially the staff of EICU AND HCU unit. even though i am in different race, they were so compassionate in explaining my case or my condition although i am not that fluent in nihonggo. I had a motorcycle accident and had a fracture on my right hand and had a multiple rib fracture. They do everything to make my status stable. I think if i were in the Philippines the chance of my survival is less. And also, these hospital has their own helicopter used to transport patient. So, i would say thank you so much to all of you for saving my life. I really appreciate all your effort and kindness. Once again thank you so much and god bless you all.
