::If you come just for the quality of food, this small scale shop IS EXCELLENT. I see that this eating store is run by chefs in their seniors..probably that explains their well of experience in handling the food quality and skills. Unlike Sashimi that we eat in other cities where the food are heavily marinated or deep frozen, you can taste the freshness of the food this shop without marinating or taste of Sashimi in its thawing state (some label it as ice cream)…

::I found this shop is very expensive. Only for two persons, they charged us 9,900 yen. Chef & staff there are not kind. Better to go to other Sushi restaurant.
