  I often use the Sanchome store in my neighborhood, but I would like to comment on the poor customer service today at noon! When a customer came into the store, they didn't even look at me, and two young female employees were absorbed in chatting... At the cash register, I said, ``When a customer came in, I didn't even notice them, and they were so absorbed in chatting... "Are you okay with working?" He didn't apologize and just looked normal and I was surprised by his customer service attitude lol💧 I think it's because the customer service and response was good when it first opened (probably employees of the directly managed store), but I think today's customer service is not very good! If you two have time to chat, wipe down the copy machine! It's dusty everywhere!

  From this year, it has resumed 24-hour operation. When I stop by on the night after work, I guess most of the people are part-time workers. There's a chief who wears glasses, and he's friendly and makes you feel comfortable shopping. However, it's quite disappointing when the chief wearing glasses isn't there... There are so many new employees that I wonder if they lack training, so I don't have a good impression of them. Sometimes there's only one foreigner who doesn't speak Japanese (there may be other employees behind the scenes), and it's really scary...
