::The taste is first class. The atmosphere is also nice. However, the meat is a little thinner and more expensive than other beef tongue restaurants.

::Set meal (small) If anything, the beef tongue here is classic. The type that has a chewy texture that makes you feel delicious when you bite into it. I prefer it to the currently popular chemicals that soften it. Delicious.

::・Large set meal (5 pieces of beef tongue, 2,510 yen including tax) A beef tongue shop near my house. I've been living in Kitakami since June of this year, but I was curious about it. Judging from his name, I guess he took his name from Tasuke or Kisuke. It was along the road I often pass, so I decided to give it a try. I lived in Sendai for many years until last year, so I think I went to Gyutan at least once a year. I guess I've been going to Toshihisa and Tsukasa's a lot lately. That thickness and softness is so delicious. I often went there for lunch with people who came from Tokyo for work, and I'm sure everyone was impressed by the thickness, softness, and deliciousness. Sasuke's menu only has three types: large, medium and small beef tongue set meals with different numbers of pieces of beef tongue. I ordered the large size so I could enjoy plenty of beef tongue. Even in Sendai, I basically ordered 1.5. Most restaurants in Sendai have a regular set meal with beef tongue and a 1.5 set meal with 1.5 times the amount of beef tongue. The price is like this. . Beef tongue is an expensive food. The set meal that was brought to us was a common combination of barley rice, tail soup, and beef tongue. When I grabbed the beef tongue with chopsticks, I realized that the beef tongue was not thick! I thought. When I ate it, it felt soft and delicious. . However, I don't think I was impressed by how thick and soft it was. . Other than that, it also came with pickled Chinese cabbage and pickled nanban miso, and the tail soup was delicious, so I was quite satisfied. When I eat at various restaurants, I find that Toshihisa is soft, Tasuke is a little hard, Tsukasa can be eaten with wasabi, and Shintan is a date. It's a matter of taste. . It was thicker than the beef tongue you buy at the supermarket, but not as thick as the one you get at a specialty store in Sendai. There was grated yam on the menu separately, and the tail soup was delicious, so I was satisfied with the taste. I think it is recommended because you can enjoy the taste of a specialty store without having to go to Sendai.

::Only beef tongue, tail soup, and barley rice. The management policy isn't bad because it's easy to understand. I guess the taste is also on point. The meat might be F1. It smells a little milky. Even though it was past the midday peak during the holidays, there was only one group of customers. Payment is in cash only. There is also support for local areas, so please introduce electronic money payments.

::Arrived around 6:30pm on Saturday. There was one car parked, but it seemed to belong to a staff member, not a customer. It's difficult to get into the parking lot at the intersection...I guess only emergency vehicles are allowed to drive on the crosswalk, so I turned left once and entered the premises from the crosswalk across from the convenience store, a little further away. It seems better to go in. It was raining at night, so it was dark and I couldn't see clearly, but I think there was only room for about 5 cars. To prevent the spread of the coronavirus, we completed hand sanitizer spray and had our temperatures taken before being seated. The owner of the shop seems to be engrossed in the TV, and there are no customers but himself. No one came in even after we finished eating. The menu is simple, only large, medium and small. The only topping (side menu) is grated yam. There doesn't seem to be any beer etc. Served in the order of barley rice → tail soup → meat. The thickly sliced beef tongue was very tasty and had a slightly salty taste that was balanced by the sweetness of the meat, but the pickled Chinese cabbage was also salty and quite salty! I think the barley rice is too soft... Tail soup is light and delicious. Would it be perfect if there was a salad or something on the drink menu? The main seasoning is salt, so be careful if you're on a salt-restricted diet. As of March 2022, PayPay cannot be used.
