::Although the chashu is melt-in-your-mouth soft, it has a strong flavor and has a great presence! It was a satisfying bowl of ramen that will fill you up!

::Ramen that you can eat every day, made with carefully selected ingredients such as homemade noodles and no chemical seasonings! Above all, the soup was exquisite! It's already full before noon on weekdays. Even if the train is full, you can wait in the car with the remote chime.

::I arrived after 11:30, already waiting in the car with a call buzzer. I was called in about an hour. I ordered rich soy sauce ramen and my partner ordered spicy miso ramen. The two of us ordered chashu rice and menma. It was served without too much of a wait. Rich soy sauce ramen is literally rich. It's different from the plain image of Enri Ramen that I've had so far. The seafood stock and thick noodles go perfectly together. Spicy miso ramen is also very spicy, and when you pour it over white rice, it's so delicious that you can have as many bowls as you like. (lol) Paired with thin noodles, it tastes amazing. It's been a long time since I visited and I had a great time.

::I went in the afternoon on a weekday. The parking lot is large and easy to park. I was seated fairly quickly. I ordered the Chinese soba soy sauce flavored egg. It took a while for the ramen to come, but the moment the ramen arrived, it had a nice aroma and was so delicious! Both the noodles and the soup were delicious and I savored them. The staff at the store were also very pleasant and had a calm and friendly atmosphere. I want to go again!

::240430 revisited I had salt ramen, half chashu pork, and boiled egg. It is worth the 2 hour drive from Lipi Miyakonojo. Next is miso. After seeing it on TV, I went on a 2-hour ramen tour from Miyakonojo in the midst of a cold wave and strong winds. I ordered soy sauce ramen + medium size + char siu + boiled egg. It was very delicious, the soft and thin noodles went down easily, the soy sauce soup wasn't too salty, the chashu had just the right amount of smokiness, and the boiled egg had a nice flavor to it, so I can't really complain. In fact, it might be better to reduce the chashu to 2 pieces. I would like to repeat it again. Thank you for the meal.
