  Due to the consolidation of branches, they are always extremely crowded, and payments that can be made in an instant at a convenience store now require waiting for tens of minutes. I usually only use ATMs or money exchange machines, but even that machine had forgotten to turn on, so I had to wait in front of it for 7 minutes even though it was past 9 o'clock. Is banking okay?
