  I was dealt with today, but the number plate said to proceed to the loan counter, and since there were two people handling the service, I sat on a chair and waited, but the bank staff inside was glancing at me. Despite this, no one came to talk to me, and after waiting 20 minutes, I went to the regular counter and was told that no one would be able to help me unless I spoke to them. In that case, wouldn't it be nice to have information such as "Please call out" or "Please wait" at the number plate? I didn't like the way he was told, and the way he treated me was the worst.
